Not sure what the stakes are going to be. There was mention of babysitting, did you all discuss how that would work. In previous years, we have let people either bet or not bet, and the best finish of all the bettors took the kitty. (I think it has worked out that the winner bet every year, something about bieng more vested than the non-bettors.)

Does everyone want to do a online draft? Or should we just do an auto draft where everyone submits their ranked list of players and Yahoo does all the sorting out? I will propose Tuesday September 6 at :30 pm or thursday September 8 at 8:30 as possible draft times. All you would need is access to the internet to draft. (You could also just submit your list and let yahoo draft for you.)

Unless anyone objects, we will count yards more heavily this year.
