We haven't been to Dimond park in a while...there are a couple play areas...we usually start at the swings and climping area in the north end and move to the BBQ area for lunch.  Best to park in the middle; turn off of Park Blvd. onto Wellington and go to the end.  Park on Canon or Wellington and the playground is to the left of the pool.
