Hi Guys, We will be hosting my daughter Laila's first birthday celebration on Sat Apr 23. We want to have it at a park somewhere in Oakland because our house is pretty small. Hopefully it won't rain. You are all invited if you want to stop by. I thought I would use the extensive EBD park expertise. Can anybody recommend a good park that has the following:
a) In Oakland or close b) Ample FREE parking access c) Has decent playground d) Some grills and tables near playground e) Alcohol allowed, or at least won't get busted f) Grassy area where youngins can frolic (optional)
I liked Lake Temescal but parking is 5 bucks. Montclair park is awesome too but their playground is shut down for some construction. Hope somebody can help. Thanks,
